Many thanks to Korin for organizing food for our Halloween centers and celebration and to all the parents who brought food and supplies - you are awesome! We really appreciate all your help with our centers today too. We had a great time making our pumpkin mug pies and they were quite delicious! We practiced using directional words to decorate a haunted house, made the pumpkin lifecycle and measured pumpkins figuring out their circumference, weight and height. We also tested to see if pumpkins float and had mixed results due to the size of our containers.
We did a test to see how mama bats could find their baby bats by using their sense of smell. Ask your child about this.
