This week we used apples to explore our 5 senses. Students examined them and also compared two different kinds of apples. They drew them in their science notebook and labeled all the parts. We also discussed how apples grow and students drew this process in their notebooks. Next week we will be making applesauce.
Students are practicing their read to self stamina and also writing and drawing in their journals. We are learning and practicing vertical, horizontal and diagonal lines.
Our focus book this week was Molly Lou Melon and we talked about teasing and how it makes us feel. We have been working on sequencing and also things that are in the book and not in the book.

- Practice signing letters a-l using the signing video if needed.
